How To Hire from Redlands Plant Hire

What You Need Before We Deliver

Hiring from Redlands Plant Hire is simple, but there are a few important checks we need to complete before any equipment is delivered to your site. This paperwork helps protect both you and us, ensures the hire process runs smoothly, and allows us to prepare your machinery for delivery without delay. All required documents must be completed before transport is booked and your plant hire equipment is released. In most cases, this only needs to be done once a year, unless your insurance policy changes or renews during that period.

What We Need Before Hire

Before we can proceed with your booking, we require a completed hire form along with the relevant supporting documents. This allows us to confirm that everything is in place for safe and compliant plant hire across Newbury, Reading, Andover, Basingstoke and the surrounding areas. If you have already spoken to our team and been directed to this page, simply complete the form and upload the requested paperwork. If you would prefer to send your documents by email, you can send them directly to hire@red-lands.co.uk.

Safe, Straightforward and Secure

We only ask for the information needed to process your hire and keep records in line with GDPR requirements. Your details will be stored securely for up to 12 months from your last hire, making repeat bookings quicker and easier if you hire from us again. Our aim is to keep the process clear, straightforward and efficient so you can get the right plant hire equipment on site without unnecessary hold-ups. If you need any help completing the paperwork, contact Redlands Plant Hire on 01635 920915 and our team will be happy to help.
